How can I Check-In?
Dear guest, to check-in you can ring at the
doorbell intercom or call us through the
link below and we'l promptly open the
door for you. You can come to the 4th floor
where the reception is located
Late check-in procedure
Mind that every late check-in must be
organised before the reception closing
time at 10PM. If you failed to organise a
late check-in there's a possibility that your
booking has been cancelled
If you did organise one with us, you can
simply follow the instruction as per normal check-in
How can I do the self check-in?
In case we can't directly welcome you in
person, you can ring the doorbell or call
us through the /ink below. We'll open the
front door remotely and explain to you
now to enter in our apartment at the 4th
floor and send you eventually the codes
to open the door.
How can I book a room?

How can I book a Taxi?
The official number for Rome's taxi

private or a special kind of

How do I get to the train station?
Termini station is just a stone throw
away from here. You can easily reach it
on foot by walking towards Piazza
Indipendenza, turning right and
proceeding in that direction until you see
the station on your left.
Tiburtina station is reachable using the
Castro Pretorio subway station (blue
line/ Metro B) and take the train towards
Laurentina/Rebibbia direction
How do I get to the airport?
The Leonardo Express is the best
fastest and most comfortable) public
transport transfer between Termini
Station and Fiumicino airport
To Ciampino, there are trains and buses
departing from Termini station. (Link)
Alternatively, for both airport the taxi
fare from Rome is fixed at around 50โฌ
What can I do if there is an emergency?
If you need any special kind of attention,
before calling any of the emergency
numbers down below we suggest you to
call us first. We'll try to send someone
to fix or help you understanding how to
solve any issue. If the door is stuck, the
RFID card reader doesn't work or the key
is damaged, please ring us to our
doorbell and we'll open the front door by
remote, give you the codes for the emergency keys or send someone to assist you.
What can I do if I lose my keys?
If your keys are lost, you can call us
and we'll assist you. We will give you the codes for the emergency keys next to the door.
If there is no
answer you can ask for assistance
to the reception of the Hotel
Andreotti.
What can I do for a medical assistance?
For common illnesses we can provide
basic medical aids upon request or help
you finding the nearest pharmacy. For
medical emergencies you can call the
number below.
